TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- The APL/90 horizontal cartoning machine has been designed for the automatic bulking, filling and closing of pre-glued cardboard boxes along the height-side seam. The filling of the cases takes place automatically via a group of pushers.
- The machine consists of a painted steel load-bearing frame to which all the groups that compose it are applied.
- The movement of the machine is continuous, with the possibility of varying the production speed via the inverter, connected to the main motor.
- The product feeding takes place in the descender that feeds the 2 rotors which, in turn, unload the product into the trays.
- The magazine is then formed by a fixed containment wall and chain and by a wall and chain adjustable according to the height of the case, via the handwheel.
- The product introduction group is made on a sturdy base structure in aluminum and steel.
- The case is put in volume between 4 combs linked to chains guided by polyzene profiles that support it in the transfer from the putting in volume to the exit in line.
