APL-VELOCE MODEL DESCRIPTION
The APL-Veloce horizontal cartoning machine has been designed for the automatic picking, opening, filling and closing of pre-glued cardboard cases.
The cases are filled automatically by means of a group of pushers. It consists of a painted steel load-bearing frame to which all the groups that compose it are applied. The machine has continuous movement and is completely managed by brushless motors.
The product weighed by the weighing group is introduced into the loading trays by means of motorized rotors. The high capacity magazine is then positioned inside the machine structure so as not to increase the overall dimensions.
The case is picked up and unfolded by a motorized wheel equipped with 4 independent grips allowing a positive opening of the case which is placed on the catenary already fully formed. The latter is made up of a pair of chains, each of which is controlled by independent brushless motors that allow a rapid format change.
The case closing system can be made in a traditional way or “labyrinth” using a hot melt gluer. The APL-Veloce is equipped with control sensors to avoid placing non-compliant cases on the market.

AP100 DOUBLE WEIGHING MACHINE
Designed for weighing long pasta, it is made up of two AP100 weighers. Each group is equipped with a patented system that automatically maintains a constant average final weight and reduces product waste. The format changeover is fully automatic and does not require any tools. The dynamic load cells are next-generation digital models. It is designed and built to achieve the best balance between high performance and weighing precision, ensuring easy access for maintenance and cleaning.
Equipped with a double weighing head system, this machine is extremely compact and space-saving, as the electrical panels are positioned at the top, allowing a 360-degree view and facilitating cleaning and maintenance operations.
