TEKA APL60 MODEL DESCRIPTION
The APL/60 horizontal cartoner is designed for the forming, filling, and automatic closing of pre-glued cardboard cartons with intermittent motion. Carton filling is carried out automatically by a pneumatic cylinder.
The machine consists of a painted steel supporting frame to which all functional units are mounted.
It operates with intermittent motion, managed by brushless motors. Product is discharged from the paired weigher into a double chute, which feeds two loading compartments with movable lids.
The carton magazine consists of a fixed containment wall and chain, and an adjustable wall and chain, easily set via a handwheel to match the height of the carton.
The product insertion unit is built on a sturdy base made of aluminum and steel.
Carton forming is achieved through four combs fixed to chains, guided by polyzene profiles that support the carton during its transfer from forming to outfeed.
Coding is applied to the outer flap of the carton via a pressure marking coder.
