TEKA B3 MODEL DESCRIPTION
The TEKA B3 vertical cartoner is designed for the forming, filling, and automatic closing of pre-glued cardboard cartons. Carton filling occurs automatically via hoppers paired with automatic weighers.
The machine consists of a painted steel supporting frame to which all the functional units are mounted. The machine operates in continuous motion, with the possibility to adjust the production speed via an inverter.
Carton forming and sealing are controlled by a gearbox and an electric motor. The side magazine is made of painted steel, while the components in contact with the carton are made of polished aluminum, chrome-plated steel, and stainless steel.
Gluing is performed using hot melt glue guns, tubes, and applicators.
A vibrating table in the filling area helps settle the product.
The carton exits via a dual-belt conveyor, aligned with the machine.
