TEKA B6 MODEL DESCRIPTION
The TEKA B6 vertical cartoner is designed for the forming, vertical filling, and automatic sealing of cardboard cartons. Carton filling occurs automatically via hoppers paired with automatic weighers. The machine consists of a painted steel supporting frame to which all the functional units are mounted. The machine operates in continuous motion, with the possibility to adjust the production speed via an inverter.
Carton forming and sealing are controlled by a gearbox and an electric motor. The side magazine is made of painted steel, while the components in contact with the carton are made of polished aluminum, chrome-plated steel, and stainless steel.
The flaps of the carton are sealed in an interlocking (labyrinth) manner to ensure a secure seal. A vibrating table in the filling area helps settle the product.
